Site Access During School Hours: Coordinating work around student activity and class schedules meant limiting equipment movement and high-noise tasks during certain hours. Safety was a top priority, requiring constant communication with school staff. Underground Utility Avoidance: Due to existing irrigation lines, electrical conduits, and drainage systems across the ag yard, extra time was spent locating and marking underground utilities to avoid damage during post setting. Variable Terrain and Soil Conditions: Uneven grading and mixed soil types required on-the-fly adjustments to post depths and anchor reinforcement, especially around animal pens and equipment zones. Custom Fabrication Requirements: Several gates—particularly the 16' arched entry and sliding gate—required onsite welding and adjustments to fit existing structures and layout constraints, without interrupting daily operations. Tight Timeline with Hard Deadlines: Project needed to be completed before the start of the semester or a key ag event (like a fair or livestock delivery), compressing the schedule and demanding tight coordination of material delivery and crew shifts.
  • Project Overview

Our team completed a full demolition and replacement of the existing perimeter fencing and gates at the high school agriculture department. Services included removal and haul-off of outdated fencing and hardware, followed by installation of over 1,800 linear feet of new fencing systems.

The project included a mix of pipe rail fencing, chain link fence, and wide-rail gates to meet both security and durability needs. We furnished and installed a total of 32 gates, including manual swing gates, a sliding gate system, and a custom 16’ gate with archway entry to accommodate equipment access and enhance site visibility.

Every component was set with precision and built to handle heavy use, with special attention given to clean welds, proper line tension, and smooth gate operation. The final product reflects our commitment to durability, security, and long-term performance on high-traffic institutional sites.
